The hotel was amazing, with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. However, the service had issues, including pushy timeshare pitches and inconsistent dining experiences. Although the location was convenient and breakfast was excellent, communication about hotel amenities could have been better.

Great spot for friends or couples. Loved the rooftop bar and easy beach access. The room we had was clean, comfy, and had a sea view which was a nice touch. 🏖️ The rooftop bar was fantastic and meeting cool people up there was a bonus. Only downside was the noise coming from the inner courtyard's restaurant, but overall it's a solid choice for a fun, relaxing stay.

The hotel had a great location, near the beach and town. Rooms were clean with comfy beds. Excellent breakfast choices. Enjoyed the rooftop bar's ambiance. Some staff were friendly. Minor communication issues. But, a nice stay with highlights like the rooftop pool and burgers.

I absolutely adored the breakfast at Reef 28 - truly exceptional! The room was spacious, and the gym well-equipped. Unfortunately, the constant loud music by the rooftop pool and service issues impacted my overall experience. However, the proximity to the Main Street and beach, along with friendly staff, made me feel safe and welcomed.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that exceeded all my expectations. the spa and wellness centre was outstanding, offering exclusive amenities like body wraps, a steam room, and a sauna. the rooftop infinity pool had a sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, providing the perfect relaxation spot. the staff provided excellent service and the restaurant, bar and snack bar were amazing, serving special diet menus.

The only minor issue I had was with the live entertainment. Although it was good, I would have preferred more variety.

I would wish for a better vacation for senior people if the children of the staff could show more understanding and consideration towards the specific needs and preferences of senior guests, ensuring a more tailored and attentive service.

The suite is absolutely gorgeous, flooded with natural light and offering a stunning view from the private terrace. The king-sized bed and modern bathrooms with rain-style showerheads made me feel like a VIP.

I personally found the terrace a bit small for my liking.

The rooftop lounge, with its incredible views, upbeat music, and delicious food and drinks, provided the perfect setting for a magical evening. It felt like a scene from a movie, sipping a cocktail and watching the city lights sparkle beneath the starry sky.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from incorporating more family-friendly activities for children.

We had an amazing stay at Reef 28. The rooftop yoga classes were a nice surprise and the instructor, Naicel, was fantastic. The breakfast omelets made by the chef were delicious and Daniel, the hostess, was always welcoming. The location was perfect and our room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff provided travel tips on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, bar, rooftop pool, Jacuzzi. I’m coming back for Easter.

All-inclusive is absolutely worth it. Nice rooms with free minibar. Multiple a la carte restaurants and access to nearby properties. Convenient location for food, shopping and beach.

Ah, what a delight! The flexibility of creating my own stay made The Reef Resorts a haven of comfort. Cachito served Mexican dishes with innovative twists, while Asiatico brought the elegant flavors of the Far East. The position of the hotel was outstanding, with easy access to the beautiful Riviera Maya.

Who needs sleep, right? The constant party noise until 2am was just the icing on the cake of my exquisite experience.

I recently stayed at The Reef 28 for a week-long vacation. The food at this hotel is amazing! It felt like dining at a lovely restaurant with delicious options. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offer yoga classes, and the instructor, Naicel, was awesome! Her style of yoga was exactly what I needed, and the view of the city and sea was truly inspiring. The staff, including the hostess, Daniel, and the chef who made the omelette in the morning, were incredibly sweet and provided a great breakfast experience.

The location of the hotel is great, with two associated beaches nearby. The Mexican and Asian restaurants downstairs offer tasty food, including some of the best steak ever tasted. the Italian restaurant is worth trying according to other guests' reviews. Guests can enjoy excellent service, new and clean rooms and recently refurbished facilities, such as an amazing rooftop with a pool and great views of the area.

Some guests reported experiencing problems with the laundry service during their stay at the hotel.

We had a great time during our Easter getaway! the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the rooftop area was definitely one of the best aspects of the hotel, offering fantastic views and a chilled-out atmosphere. We loved spending our mornings there before the crowds arrived. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the local attractions.
